盘(pan)式制动(dong)器结构(gou)相(xiang)对(dui)于鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)来说(shuo)比(bi)较复杂,对制(zhi)动钳(qian)、管(guan)路系统要(yao)求(qiu)也较高,而(er)且(qie)造(zao)价(jia)高于(yu)鼓(gu)式制动(dong)器。如(ru)果制(zhi)动块的(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)片与(yu)盘的(de)间隙磨损加(jia)大,制动时(shi)密(mi)封圈(quan)变(bian)形(xing)达(da)到(dao)极(ji)限后,活(huo)塞(sai)仍(reng)可继(ji)续(xu)移(yi)动(dong),直到摩(mo)擦片(pian)压(ya)紧(jin)制动(dong)盘(pan)为(wei)止(zhi)。解除制(zhi)动(dong)后,矩形(xing)橡胶(jiao)密(mi)封(feng)圈(quan)将(jiang)活(huo)塞推回的距(ju)离(li)同磨损之前相(xiang)同,仍保(bao)持标(biao)准值。
对(dui)于(yu)高速行驶(shi)的(de)轿车(che),由(you)于频(pin)繁使用(yong)制动(dong),制动(dong)器(qi)的摩擦(ca)将(jiang)会(hui)产(chan)生大(da)量的(de)热,使制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)温度急(ji)剧(ju)上升(sheng),这(zhe)些热(re)如果(guo)不(bu)能(neng)很好地散(san)出,就会(hui)大(da)大(da)影(ying)响(xiang)制动性(xing)能,出(chu)现(xian)所(suo)谓的(de)制动效(xiao)能热衰(shuai)退(tui)现象,这可(ke)不是闹(nao)着玩(wan)的,制(zhi)动(dong)器直接关乎(hu)生命(ming)。仅从这(zhe)一(yi)点(dian)上,目(mu)前,在架桥机起重(zhong)机(ji)上前(qian)后(hou)轮都(dou)已(yi)经采(cai)用盘(pan)式(shi)制动(dong)器(qi)。
现(xian)在(zai)我(wo)们(men)时下(xia)开的(de)大(da)部分(fen)轿(jiao)车采用(yong)的(de)还不(bu)完全是盘式(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)器,而是前(qian)盘(pan)后(hou)鼓式(shi)混(hun)合(he)制(zhi)动(dong)器(即前(qian)轮(lun)采用(yong)盘式(shi)制动(dong)器(qi)、后轮(lun)采(cai)用(yong)鼓(gu)式制(zhi)动(dong)器),这主(zhu)要(yao)是出于(yu)成本上(shang)的(de)考虑(lv),同时也是因(yin)为汽车在紧急(ji)制动(dong)时,轴荷(he)前移(yi),对前(qian)轮制(zhi)动的要求比(bi)较大(da),一(yi)般来说(shuo)前轮(lun)用(yong)了(le)盘(pan)式(shi)制动(dong)器(qi)就够(gou)使了(le),
与(yu)鼓(gu)式制动(dong)器(qi)相(xiang)比(bi),盘式制(zhi)动器(qi)工(gong)作表面(mian)为(wei)平(ping)面且(qie)两(liang)面(mian)传热(re),圆(yuan)盘(pan)旋(xuan)转容易(yi)冷却,不(bu)易(yi)发生(sheng)较(jiao)大(da)变(bian)形(xing),制动效能(neng)较(jiao)为稳(wen)定(ding),长时间(jian)使(shi)用(yong)后(hou)制动(dong)盘因(yin)高温(wen)膨胀(zhang)使(shi)制(zhi)动作(zuo)用增(zeng)强;而鼓(gu)式制(zhi)动器单面传热,内(nei)外两面温差较(jiao)大,导(dao)致(zhi)制动(dong)鼓容易(yi)变形,同时(shi)长时(shi)间(jian)制动后(hou),制(zhi)动鼓(gu)因高温(wen)而(er)膨胀(zhang),制动效能(neng)减(jian)弱。
另外(wai),盘式制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)结构(gou)简单,维(wei)修方(fang)便(bian),易(yi)实现(xian)制动间(jian)隙自动(dong)调(diao)整。盘(pan)式制动器的不(bu)足之(zhi)处在(zai)于摩(mo)擦片直接(jie)作(zuo)用(yong)在圆盘上,无自动(dong)摩擦(ca)增力作用,制(zhi)动(dong)效(xiao)能(neng)较低,所(suo)以(yi)用于液(ye)压制(zhi)动(dong)系(xi)统(tong)时若(ruo)所(suo)需(xu)制(zhi)动(dong)促(cu)动管(guan)路(lu)压力(li)较(jiao)高(gao),须另行(xing)装(zhuang)设(she)动力辅(fu)助装(zhuang)置(zhi);兼(jian)用于(yu)驻(zhu)车(che)制动时(shi),加(jia)装(zhuang)的驻车(che)制(zhi)动传动装置比(bi)鼓式(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)器要(yao)复杂(za)
